NIFI-1501 : Test Monitor Activity has spurious failures.

Added Timeout for the test. So, in case something goes South, threshold will 
never be more that that Timeout period.

Reviewed with amendments for whitespace by Tony Kurc (tk...@apache.org). This 
closes #225
