I have started it. Currently have most operations working, but still writing
tests and attempting to integrate more of the functionality.
If there is a pressing need to get it sooner I can push it up to a place where
we can tag team it if you would like that. I am using libCurl since it has a
more mature client library for HTTP requests and enables us to exclude other
dependencies to have a smaller binary if ListenHTTP is excluded for a
deployment.
