------------------------------------------------------------

I have started it. Currently have most operations working, but still writing
tests and attempting to integrate more of the functionality.

If there is a pressing need to get it sooner I can push it up to a place where
we can tag team it if you would like that. I am using libCurl since it has a
more mature client library for HTTP requests and enables us to exclude other
dependencies to have a smaller binary if ListenHTTP is excluded for a
deployment.

> There is a ListenHTTP processor, but nothing for the client side (e.g. to
> invoke REST APIs). The civetweb library is already being used, can be
> leveraged to implement the InvokeHTTP parity.
