Allowing the user to configure this is undesirable because often when the
FlowFile Repository's directory is changed, the swap directory is not. This
results in swapping files out to ./flowfile_repository/swap, while the flowfile
repo is stored else. Then, when migrating to a new version, the swap files are
often lost, resulting in loss of the FlowFiles. This fix will instead always
store the swap directory within the flowfile repo (which is the default now) so
that this will not occur.
