- Today we split the Build Jobs for __Arm64 and x86_64__ from `other`,
making them faster (Hello Goldfish :-)

trigger manually at 00:00 UTC and 12:00 UTC daily. I'm still [running this

forever killing any Merge Jobs at `nuttx` and `nuttx-apps` repos.
