[PR] Update gcov functionality [nuttx-apps]

   ## Summary
   
   All output methods are implemented at the kernel level and passed through 
environment variables.
   
   ## Impact
   
   None
   
   ## Testing
   
   1. ci
   2. enable CONFIG_COVERAGE_MINI，the usage is the same as before, but when the 
path is a file, it will output the data to the file, and then it can be 
converted through nuttx/tools/gcov.py
