Well not sure why you want to add specifically -E? And -l is specific linux
so I don't know: I dfon't want to pass flags that are not necessary as this doc
is about C++ and CMake, not about the configure tool. Is there a recommend set
of flags somewhere else in the doc? (so I can add them and link to it)
