But I agree that it is better to contact the authors to get confirmation, I will do it. Yeah I also published some papers.. one in progress is about NXDART, it will be open-access on Creative Commons license but I have to pay ~$3k myself for that to be open, when accepted by the editor will jump in here :-) But depending on the copyright that is magazine specific it may not be possible to distribute, especially as organization.
