@nmaggioni The availible chips differ a lot in implementation. But the goal is always to request a voltage / current and observe that it is aknoleged and applied. Some chips have overcurrent break feature. Some chips have NVM slots to be used by default. STUSB4500 even gives access to the raw communication messages between sink and source.
