Looking at the time consumed it adds ~1min execution time to already ~21..22min build time so not much maybe this comes from fluctuation of build platform times :-) Maybe this can be improved further by adding plantuml and openjdk packages to our ci docker image :-)  -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
