## Summary This PR expands the documentation about NuttX testing methods: Adds: - Page for NTFC - Page for NXDART - Page for NuttX GitHub CI processes I have also re-factored the `components/tools/index` page to give each tool/script its own page. This makes the information more digestible for users and also allows the page itself to be cross-referenced more easily in other locations (such as from the board pages where specific tools are used, or in the CI docs). ## Impact Documentation only. This is a step towards completing the CI process documentation so that contributors might be able to help reduce our resources usage/spot inefficiencies.
