   ## Summary
   
   Tunes the TCP stack and driver resources for the Realtek Ameba WHC Wi-Fi data
   path (NuttX runs on the application core; the Wi-Fi MAC runs on a companion
   core reached over an on-chip IPC) on both `rtl8720f_evb` and `pke8721daf`,
   plus an open-network association fix and a documentation note.
   
   - **TCP tuning (both boards):** cap the advertised receive window
     (`NET_RECV_BUFSIZE`) to about the out-of-order reassembly capacity and 
bound
     in-flight TX (`NET_SEND_BUFSIZE`); keep out-of-order reassembly but disable
     selective ACK. #19353 enabled `NET_TCP_SELECTIVE_ACK` on both boards; on 
the
     lossy Wi-Fi TX path the sender-side selective-ACK recovery does not 
reliably
     repair multi-segment holes and stalls TX, so NewReno (out-of-order only) is
     used instead — same steady-state throughput, robust recovery. Also drops a
     dead busy-wait in the transmit path and right-sizes the host TX skb pool.
   - **Open-network fix:** clear the stored passphrase on explicit disconnect so
     a later open-AP connect is not mis-driven as WPA2 by a stale psk; set
     `key_id = -1` for non-WEP.
   - **Docs:** add a "Performance tuning" section to the network driver guide
     (RX quota backpressure, RX thread priority vs. the companion-core delivery
     task, window / IOB pool sizing).
   
   ## Impact
   
   Wi-Fi TCP/UDP throughput and stability on the two Ameba boards. No public API
   change. Reverses the `NET_TCP_SELECTIVE_ACK` enablement from #19353 while
   keeping `NET_TCP_OUT_OF_ORDER`.
   
   ## Testing
