The Clang failure in `nucleo-l073rz:usb-cdc` exposed an existing EP0 setup-request decoding issue in the common STM32 M0 USB driver. A focused prerequisite fix has been submitted as #PR_NUMBER. It passes the previously failing Clang configuration in the official Apache NuttX CI container and has been verified on the Nucleo-L073RZ hardware.
