`nxsig_notification()` does not run in the registering context. It is
entered from a driver, `timer_settime()` or `mq_sndinternal()`, where
`fdpic_base()` is zero, so `fdpic_desc_init()` would take its else path and
clear the got that `mq_notify()` or timer_create() recorded. This line fills
entry only, on purpose.
