## Summary
Fixed a bug in the Nimble example where the GAP name for discovery was
truncated.
Added Kconfig options to allow NuttX users to take full advantage of each
characteristic available under the DIS service.
## Impact
Users can take advantage of the whole DIS service characteristic suite.
The Nimble example appears under the correct name during discovery, and the
example application is now more readable.
## Testing
Changes to the DIS service were tested on an ESP32C3 running a custom
Bluetooth application. The new characteristics are visible on the client device
and take the correct values.
