## Summary
This PR adds GPIO character-driver support for the RTL8730E EVB board.
1. **arch/arm/ameba: add GPIO driver for RTL8730E (AmebaSmart CA32)** —
Wires
the shared `ameba_gpio.c` driver into the RTL8730E (CA32) build. Three
GPIO
ports (A/B/C) are supported. A chip header supplies the port count,
`APBPERIPH` clock-enable bits, and inline `GPIO_INTStatusGet` /
`GPIO_INTStatusClearEdge` helpers, which are absent from the RTL8730E
ROM.
Board glue (`rtl8730e_gpio.c`) registers three pins — output, input, and
falling-edge interrupt — and patches the `GPIO_PORTx[]` lookup table
that
the ROM GPIO layer requires before any call. A minimal `gpio` NSH
defconfig
is included.
2. **Documentation/platforms/arm/rtl8730e: update board doc and add gpio
config**
— Converts the inline board image to a `.. figure::` directive (matching
other Realtek board docs), adds GPIO to the "Supported" list, and adds a
`gpio` configuration section with wiring notes and usage examples.
## Impact
- New feature for RTL8730E; no impact on other architectures or existing
RTL8730E `nsh` configuration
- New board configuration: `rtl8730e_evb/gpio`
## Testing
Hardware-verified on RTL8730E EVB via `apps/examples/gpio`:
- Output pin (PB19): driven high/low, read-back confirmed
- Input pin (PB20): read high/low confirmed
- Interrupt pin (PB11): falling-edge interrupt triggered and acknowledged
