## Summary Add Linux-compatible SO_TIMESTAMPING socket option support to NuttX, enabling hardware and software TX/RX packet timestamping on PKT sockets with MSG_ERRQUEUE delivery. This is the kernel infrastructure needed by PTP (IEEE 1588) daemons and network latency measurement tools.
