## Summary
Fix two remaining scheduler edge cases identified during the `sched/sched`
review:
- Preserve retained child status when `waitpid(-1, ..., WNOWAIT)` finds an
already-exited child. The any-child path now matches the existing specific-PID
and SIGCHLD paths.
- Round `profil()`'s usable buffer size down to complete `unsigned short`
counters before deriving `highpc`. This prevents an odd-sized buffer from
allowing the timer handler to increment a counter that extends one byte past
the buffer.

## Testing
Build host: macOS 26.6.2 ARM64, Apple Clang 21.0.0.
Target: sim:ostest.
Build: make completes successfully with LD: nuttx.
Static checks: nxstyle, checkpatch pass.
Runtime smoke test: ./nuttx starts and proceeds through enabled OSTest cases
without an assertion in the observed run.
