Hi @darrylring, I'd like to work on this feature if it's available. Could you please assign it to me? My initial approach would be to first inspect the existing STM32H5 OTP implementation from #20144 and the NuttX eFuse driver, then add word-level OTP read/write operations with ECC status checking and read-back verification as described in the issue. I would also look at how the existing driver handles OTP locking and determine how the new word-level API can be integrated without making previously unused words unavailable.
