Hi @linguini1, I'd like to work on this issue. Could you please assign it to me? My initial approach would be to inspect the existing pthread tests and the `pthread_sigqueue()` implementation, then add a test following the existing pthread test structure. I plan to cover sending a signal to a specific pthread, verifying that the signal is received correctly, and checking the associated `sigval`, followed by the required thread cleanup.
