## Summary This adds support for the OTP flash region in the STM32H5 via both low-level functions and an eFuse lower half driver. This complements the OTP block read/write/lock driver that was added in https://github.com/apache/nuttx/pull/20144. Word read/write requires some care, because reading unwritten OTP flash triggers flash double ECC errors. Re-writing OTP flash corrupts the data and ECC, so reading will also trigger flash double ECC errors. This driver handles this by disabling flash ECC error NMIs during reads, but also checking for the ECC errors and behaving accordingly. Closes https://github.com/apache/nuttx/issues/20188 ## Impact New functionality, gated by `CONFIG_STM32H5_OTP_WORD`. ## Testing **NOTE: Testing not complete. I want to solicit review on the overall design, however.** -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
