## Summary
Switch the 8 flat-build qemu-intel64 nsh defconfigs to nxinit.
## Impact
- The 8 configs boot nxinit as the init task, which then spawns `sh`.
- Kernel-build configs (knsh_romfs, knsh_romfs_pci) are unaffected.
## Testing
Build Host: Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS x86_64, gcc 11.4.0, QEMU 6.2.0
Target: qemu-intel64:nsh, qemu-intel64:jumbo, qemu-intel64:python
