*Note: Please adhere to [Contributing Guidelines](https://github.com/apache/nuttx/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md).* ## Summary `pnt_se05x_get_data()` compares the object size with the caller's buffer even when `ReadSize` failed and left `remainder` unset, so a failed read could take the wrong branch on stack garbage. Start it at zero. ## Impact SE05x driver only. A failed size read now behaves the same every time. No API change. ## Testing Host: Ubuntu 24.04, x86_64. Build in `ghcr.io/apache/nuttx/apache-nuttx-ci-linux`. | Check | Result | | --- | --- | | `./tools/checkpatch.sh -g HEAD~1..HEAD` | OK | | `ucans32k146:se05x` | builds | | SE050C1 on an i.MX RT1176 board | reads of present and absent objects as before, failed size read returns an error | -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
