Add stm32h7s8-dk board support for nsh running out of internal flash,

## Summary
Add minimal support for STM32H7S8-DK board for nsh running out of internal
flash including support for LEDs(two of which are active low) and user button.
## Impact
- User experience: No adaptation required. This fix extends existing
behavior.
- Build: No impact.
- Hardware: Affects stm32h7s8-dk board.
- Documentation: Add stm32h7s8-dk platform
- Security: No impact.
- Compatibility: Backward compatible - adds functionality
