### Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Nordic chips currently use binary blobs from Nordic to provide BLE controller (SoftDevice). While this has its advantages, it is not open source. An ideal solution would be a dedicated controller written for NuttX. We could base our implementation on NimBLE (also ASF project), which includes its own controller implementation. With the help of AI, I ported the NimBLE BLE controller for Nordic to NuttX, but it involves a large amount of code that requires a thorough review.
