All review comments are addressed in the current head (`510ede4233`): `netdev_lower_get`, shared RX path in `netdev_upper_input`, FDB kept compacted, lock moved into `netdev_lower_bridge_set`, `CONFIG_NET_BRIDGE_AGEING_TIME` used directly, `NETDEV_RX_DIRECT`. Tested: sim 16/16 (`sim:bridge`). Not retested yet on the PIC32MZ-W1 board with this revision (no board access right now); the previous revision was validated there.
