   ## Summary

This PR migrates the legacy `README.txt` for the **AT32F437-MINI**
evaluation board (Artery AT32F437VMT7 microcontroller) into a structured,
modern Sphinx rST guide in `index.rst`, and removes the legacy `README.txt`.

Part of **Issue #11077** (*Documentation: port remaining README.txt in
platforms*) and **Issue #15737** (*[RELEASE] 13.0.0 (gathering ideas)*).

   ### Contents Added:
   1. **Overview & Features**:
      - AT32F437VMT7 specifications (ARM Cortex-M4 @ 288 MHz, 4MB Flash, 384KB
SRAM, LQFP100).
      - Board peripherals summary (Ethernet PHY, USB OTG, CAN, MicroSD, SPI
Flash, LEDs).
   2. **Hardware & Pinout Tables**:
      - User LEDs (`PE2`, `PE3`).
      - Serial ports (USART1 default console, USART2 RS-485 transceiver).
      - CAN1 transceiver (`PD0`/`PD1`).
      - RMII Ethernet with LAN8720A PHY (`PA1`, `PA2`, `PA7`, `PC1`, `PC4`,
`PC5`, `PB11`, `PB12`, `PB13`, `PA3`).
      - MicroSD 4-bit SDIO (`PD2`, `PC12`, `PC8-PC11`).
      - Full-Speed USB OTG (`PA11`, `PA12`).
      - External SPI Flash (`W25Qxx` on `PB3`, `PB4`, `PB5`, `PD7`).
      - ADC1 Channel 8 (`PB0`), TIM20 PWM (`PE2`), and on-chip RTC.
   3. **Board Configurations**:
      - Detailed descriptions and configure commands for all 12 supported board
configurations: `nsh`, `adc`, `can_char`, `can_socket`, `eth`, `msc`, `pwm`,
`rtc`, `sdcard`, `systemview`, `usbnsh`, and `usbserial`.
   4. **Building and Flashing**:
      - Configuration and compilation walkthrough.
      - Flashing instructions for OpenOCD (with Artery target script note),
J-Link, and pyOCD.

   ## Impact

   - Documentation only.
   - Replaces raw monospaced `.. include:: README.txt :literal:` with formatted
Sphinx rST.
   - Removes legacy `README.txt`.

   ## Testing

   - Validated with Sphinx / docutils rST parser (0 syntax or indentation
errors).
   - Clean table formatting and character boundary compliance.
