boards/stm32h7: nucleo-h743zi: fix implicit declaration of cdcacm_initialize
When CONFIG_CDCACM is enabled, stm32_bringup() calls cdcacm_initialize(0,
NULL).
However, nuttx/usb/cdcacm.h was not included, causing a compiler error:
'implicit declaration of function cdcacm_initialize'.
Include nuttx/usb/cdcacm.h under CONFIG_CDCACM to provide the function
prototype.
