arch/arm/stm32u5: Fix GPDMA1 clock enable after DMA rename

The AHB1 clock gate still tested CONFIG_STM32_GPDMA1, which no longer
exists after the rename to CONFIG_STM32_DMA1, so the GPDMA1 clock was
    never enabled.
