casaroli opened a new pull request, #20733:
URL: https://github.com/apache/nuttx/pull/20733

   ## Summary

   The task control, environment and binary loader pages did not match the code
after #20556, #20569, #20583, #20596 and #20599.

   exec(), execv(), execl(), posix_spawn() and load_module(): PATH is searched
only for a name without '/'; any other name is a path, also relative to the
current working directory. The broken second ":param path:" line of execv() and
execl() is removed.

   posix_spawn() and task_spawn(): envp is the environment of the new task (a
copy of the caller's when NULL). The "NuttX does not support environ"
limitation is removed.

   A new section on the environment variables page describes environ, the envp
argument of main() that crt0 passes, the environment functions in libc, and the
strings that stay until the task group exits.

   posix_spawn() and task_spawn() give CONFIG_TASK_MAX_ARGS and
CONFIG_TASK_ARG_MAX.

   The binary loader page describes the "#!" script format and
CONFIG_BINFMT_SCRIPT.

   ## Impact

   Documentation only.

   ## Testing

   tools/checkpatch.sh -c -u -m -g passes. Sphinx 6.2.1 HTML build: no new
warnings.
