URL: https://github.com/apache/nuttx/pull/20742

   ## Summary

   `esp32s3_userfault_abort()` and `pms_violation_isr()` send `SIGSEGV` with a
`siginfo_t` on the stack, but they set only some of its fields. The other
fields (for example `si_pid` and `si_status`) kept stack data, and the signal
handler received it.

   This PR clears the whole `siginfo_t` before the fields are set.

   ## Impact

   ESP32-S3 with `CONFIG_ESP32S3_USERFAULT_ABORT` (user-mode fault handling in
a kernel build) only: the unused fields of the `siginfo_t` are now 0.

   ## Testing

   `esp32s3-devkit:kernel_n8r2` builds, with `esp32s3_userfault.c` and
`esp32s3_isolation.c`. `tools/checkpatch.sh -c -u -m -g` passes.
