## Summary TIM10 and TIM11 do not physically exist on the STM32H7 hardware family and were originally left over from copying timer drivers from STM32F7. References in `stm32_tickless.c` and `stm32_capture.c` pointed to non-existent base addresses (`STM32_TIM10_BASE`, `STM32_TIM11_BASE`) and undefined interrupt vectors (`STM32_IRQ_TIM10`, `STM32_IRQ_TIM11`). This PR cleans up the non-existent TIM10 and TIM11 configurations, switch cases, and private driver structures from STM32H7. Note that `TIM9` is preserved as it is valid and supported on the newer STM32H7RS variant. Fixes #11596 ## Impact - **Hardware/Architecture**: STM32H7 - **Users**: Prevents compilation failures and invalid configurations when selecting timers on STM32H7 platforms. - **Compatibility**: No breaking changes; removes dead code for peripherals that do not exist in silicon. ## Testing - Verified that `STM32_TIM10_BASE` and `STM32_TIM11_BASE` have no definitions in any STM32H7 hardware memory maps. - Verified that `stm32_tickless.c` and `stm32_capture.c` switch statements cleanly route valid timers (TIM1-TIM9, TIM12-TIM17). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
