In Tsetattr, P9_SETATTR_ATIME and P9_SETATTR_MTIME tell the server to change the time. P9_SETATTR_ATIME_SET and P9_SETATTR_MTIME_SET only tell it to use the time in the request instead of the current time. V9FS sent only the *_SET bits, so the server did not change the times: utimens(), futimens() and utimensat() returned 0, but the access and modification times stayed as they were. Send both bits for CH_STAT_ATIME and CH_STAT_MTIME.
