If I understand correctly to the problem
```
Untracked files:
(use "git add <file>..." to include in what will be committed)
examples/microwindows/convbmp
examples/microwindows/images/
nothing added to commit but untracked files present (use "git add" to track)
/github/workspace/sources/nuttx /github/workspace/sources/nuttx
```
The directory `examples/microwindows/images/` and file
`examples/microwindows/convbmp` should go .gitignore` and should be removed
during clean.
Is that correct?
