## Summary
Fix the GD-xD-W515-EVAL pin map with the board schematic, which was not
available when the board was added (#20889):
- LEDs on PC5/PC4/PB0/PB1; PC3 is the charger enable (CHRG_EN), driven
high at boot.
- LCD backlight on PC14, heater coil on PB7 (active low).
- Charger IRQ on the rising edge, charge current 333 mA (ISET 30 kOhm).
Also:
- gd30bc2416: retry a NACK for up to 1 s, and poll the state after an IRQ
because the start of a charge raises no IRQ.
- gd32w51x ADC: remove the DRES field, which the W51x does not have (the
old code set ADC interrupt enable bits).
- Documentation: pin table, analog inputs, charger notes, `leds` example,
flashing with `program`.
## Impact
GD-xD-W515-EVAL board, GD32W51x ADC and the GD30BC2416 driver only.
## Testing
GD-xD-W515-EVAL: LEDs (`leds`), LCD (`fb`), ADC, and the charger with a
battery (charge starts after the USB is plugged, one IRQ per plug and
unplug). Builds with `-Werror` (Make and CMake), checkpatch clean.
