## Summary
- route a command TX done by the command that was sent, keep its
destination instead of its descriptor
- POLL and ASSOC: confirm status set in the confirm, receiver released
once, timed-out association ended with the MAC locked
- MAC lock released before txdelayed(), not unlocked after a failed
descriptor alloc
