For “enable more test cases”, I looked at rv-virt:citest64. It’s the same
board as rv-virt:citest but only runs 78 tests vs a much larger set on rv32.
Measured locally with the CI toolchain (xpack riscv-none-elf-gcc 14.3.0, ntfc
0.0.3):
cmocka sched/pthread/timer/mm (already enabled on rv32 and sim): 71 → 110
passed, 0 failed, session 297s → 364s, identical across 3 runs. I’d send this
as a PR.
LTP: 970 passed / 5 failed in ~755s. The 5 failures (pthread_kill_1_1 and
four pthread_rwlock_* cases) are rv64-only crashes in nxrmutex_unlock().
Enabling the mq_* cases (needs MQ_MAXMSGSIZE>=64) gives 54 rv64-only failures,
e.g. mq_send() succeeds on a read-only queue, and pushes the session to ~2900s.
These look like rv64 bugs, so I’d report them as separate issues before
enabling LTP on citest64.
Does that plan sound OK? I’ll also drop a stale source
${NTFCDIR}/venv/bin/activate line from citest64/run.sh, which 4497bacb1c
removed from the other run.sh files.
