tools/ci/testlist: fix stale board paths in macos.dat
macos.dat selects configurations with leading-"/" entries, which
testbuild.sh expands with "find boards<path>". Three entries pointed to
directories that were renamed, so find reports "No such file or
directory" and the entry selects nothing. testbuild.sh carries on, so
the macOS list silently built three configurations less than intended:
/x86_64/intel64/qemu-intel64/configs/nsh
-> /x86_64/qemu/qemu-intel64/configs/nsh
(board moved by 89eddf6396 "arch/x64: create qemu chip")
/risc-v/esp32c3-legacy/esp32c3-devkit/configs/{cxx,wifi}
-> /risc-v/esp32c3-legacy/esp32c3-legacy-devkit/configs/{cxx,wifi}
(board renamed by 1218ecfd88 "boards/risc-v/esp32c3: deprecate
esp32c3 boards based on esp32c3-legacy arch")
With the fix "testbuild.sh -p ci/testlist/macos.dat" lists qemu-intel64:nsh
and esp32c3-legacy-devkit:{cxx,wifi} (8 configurations instead of 5) and
reports no missing directory.
macOS builds are currently skipped in CI (see "Skip all macOS Builds" in
.github/workflows/arch.yml), so this does not change what CI builds today.
