testing/drivers/taskwdt: depend on the watchdog task supervision.
The task monitor became a sub-option of the watchdog auto-monitor,
CONFIG_WATCHDOG_AUTOMONITOR_TASKS, so that its keepalive methods are
shared. Depend on it instead of the CONFIG_WATCHDOG_TASKMONITOR that no
longer exists.
