## Summary Add a `board_finalinit` builtin that calls `boardctl(BOARDIOC_FINALINIT, 0)`, and run it from the preset `on finalinit` section when `CONFIG_BOARDCTL_FINALINIT` and `CONFIG_SYSTEM_NXINIT_FINALINIT` are enabled. Also sort `g_builtin[]` alphabetically, with no behavior change. ## Impact Adds a `board_finalinit` rc command; nothing changes unless `CONFIG_BOARDCTL_FINALINIT` is enabled. ## Testing - sim:nsh default config (Linux x86_64 host): build passes. - sim:nsh + CONFIG_BOARDCTL_FINALINIT + CONFIG_SYSTEM_NXINIT_FINALINIT with a local board_app_finalinitialize() test stub (not in this PR): build passes; board_app_finalinitialize() is called exactly once at runtime. - tools/checkpatch.sh -c -u -m -g master..HEAD: passes. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
