This builds on master now: #20536 (2db8a4d77a) made `arch_mcount.S` include `nuttx/config.h`, so the Cortex-M0/M23 (Thumb-1) code is used. Checked with `nucleo-g071rb:nsh` (Cortex-M0+) + `CONFIG_FRAME_POINTER`, `CONFIG_PROFILE_MINI`, `CONFIG_PROFILE_ALL`: fails in `arch_mcount.S` on 2db8a4d77a^, builds on master b9d1d6a834.
