## Summary `lm3s6965-ek:qemu-protected` fills its 128 KiB user flash region (`uflash`) almost completely, so small growth in apps makes its build fail with "region `uflash' overflowed". On current master it is over by 760 bytes in CI (`Linux (arm-ti)`), which turns the Build workflow red for unrelated nuttx and nuttx-apps PRs. #21025 brings it back under the limit with 16 bytes to spare, and apache/nuttx-apps#3658 alone needs about 70 more. This PR disables the TFTP client library (`CONFIG_NETUTILS_TFTPC`), which frees about 1.8 KiB. That also removes the NSH `get` and `put` commands, which depend on it. It follows #20554, which dropped wget from `lm3s6965-ek:qemu-flat` for the same reason. ## Impact `lm3s6965-ek:qemu-protected` only. The configuration keeps its other network tools (ping, DHCP, DNS, telnetd, netcat). CI only builds this configuration (`arm-ti`) and runs nothing on it. The TFTP client is still enabled in 87 other configurations. This PR does not depend on #21025, and the two do not conflict. ## Testing `arm-none-eabi-gcc` 13.2.1 (the toolchain version CI uses), Make build as in `tools/ci/testlist/arm-ti.dat`, from a committed clean tree, nuttx master `1046aec715` and nuttx-apps master `233fa9d1f`: | nuttx | nuttx-apps | `uflash` (131072 bytes) | | --- | --- | --- | | master | master | overflowed by 772 bytes | | this PR | master | 129988 used, 1084 free | | master | master + apache/nuttx-apps#3658 | overflowed by 836 bytes | | this PR | master + apache/nuttx-apps#3658 | 130064 used, 1008 free | These are with today's defaults (`CONFIG_SCHED_CAPABILITIES=y`). With #21025 applied as well, there is more room. The defconfig is unchanged by `make savedefconfig`. `tools/checkpatch.sh -c -u -m -g` passes. I have not run the configuration under QEMU. --- *This PR was prepared with the assistance of an AI agent (Claude Code) and human-reviewed.* -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
