On the caveat: I opened #21030, which disables `CONFIG_NETUTILS_TFTPC` in `lm3s6965-ek:qemu-protected` (as #20554 did with wget for `qemu-flat`). With it, the configuration links with about 1 KiB of `uflash` free even with today's default `CONFIG_SCHED_CAPABILITIES=y`. The size table is in #21030. It is independent of this PR and does not conflict with it.
