## Summary `lm3s6965-ek:qemu-protected` splits the 256 KiB flash into two halves of 128 KiB: one for the kernel image and one for the user image. Both halves are nearly full. On master the kernel image has 120 bytes left, so the next small kernel change does not link, and the user image overflows by 772 bytes (#21030 fixes that one). This PR removes three options that the configuration does not need: - `CONFIG_NET_STATISTICS`: only `ifconfig` and procfs show the counters. - `CONFIG_NETUTILS_NETCAT`: netcat needs a peer on the network. - `CONFIG_SYSTEM_NETDB`: the `netdb` command only. The DNS client stays. DHCP, ping, telnetd, the ELF and module examples and ostest stay. ## Impact `lm3s6965-ek:qemu-protected` only. CI builds this configuration (`arm-ti`) and runs nothing on it. This PR does not depend on #21030, and the two merge without a conflict. ## Testing Arm GNU Toolchain 13.2.1 (the version CI uses), Make build, nuttx master 351b90ca91d, nuttx-apps master 8d9c18833.
