## Summary
TC4x family support on top of https://github.com/apache/nuttx/pull/19041:
- TC4x clock tree
- a3g-tc4d7-lite board with nsh config, GNU, LLVM and TASKING linker
scripts
- AMP: CPU0 releases the other cores at the flash bank addresses that
the linker script publishes; the TC4D7 scripts give each CPU its own
memory map.
## Impact
arch/tricore and the new board only. TC3x boards are not affected,
with ARCH_TRICORE_CPU_COUNT=1 (the default) nothing changes.
## Testing
Toolchains:
- AURIX GCC 11.3.1
- HighTec clang 10.2.0
- TASKING SmartCode v10.4r1
Build: every commit built. a3g-tc4d7-lite:nsh and a2g-tc375-lite:nsh
build with all three toolchains, with Make and CMake.
AMP: "build tested only"
Runtime on KIT_A3G_TC4D7_LITE:
- NSH boots on UART0.
- ostest passes, Logs attached:
