boards/lm3s6965-ek: Make room in both flash halves of qemu-protected.
The protected build gives the kernel image and the user image 128 KiB
of flash each. Both halves are nearly full: the kernel image has a few
hundred bytes left, so the next small kernel change does not link.
Remove the network statistics, netcat and the netdb command. Only
ifconfig and procfs show the statistics. Netcat needs a peer on the
network. The DNS client stays; only the command goes. DHCP, ping,
telnetd and the ELF and module examples stay.
The kernel image is 2584 bytes smaller and the user image 2148 bytes
smaller (Arm GNU 13.2).
