arch/arm/lpc54xx: Fix the old nxstyle errors of lpc54_ethernet.c.

The next commit changes lpc54_eth_ioctl(), and checkpatch checks every
file that a change touches. Fix the old nxstyle errors of the file
first: the indentation of a case label and of three casts, and the
missing blank lines after three declarations.

    Only white space changes.
