*Note: Please adhere to [Contributing Guidelines](https://github.com/apache/nuttx/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md).* ## Summary Improve TriCore GCC cmake toolchain: use cxx toolchain, add NO_LTO, rename toolchain files as other archs do, and let TRICORE_TOOLCHAIN_GNU select ARCH_TOOLCHAIN_GCC. Add stack usage, orphan section check (DEBUG_LINK_ORPHAN_WARN) and instrument-functions compile options for GCC. Support KASAN and UBSAN for TriCore cmake build. ## Impact TriCore GCC (cmake) build only. New features are disabled by default; no impact on other architectures. ## Testing Built triboard_tc4x9_com:nsh with tricore-elf-gcc on Ubuntu host, each commit passes checkpatch and build.
