*Note: Please adhere to [Contributing Guidelines](https://github.com/apache/nuttx/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md).* ## Summary Fix several TriCore small bugs: MPU region size, critmon timestamps corrupted by CCNT SOVF bit, CSA leak under task_restart, and backtrace missing the lower context frame. Unify memory barrier interface and use tricore_mtcr instead of __mtcr; change PRIuPTR to lu. Fix existing nxstyle errors in arch/tricore. ## Impact TriCore architecture only (arch/tricore). No impact on other architectures. ## Testing Built triboard_tc4x9_com:nsh with tricore-elf-gcc on Ubuntu host, each commit passes checkpatch and build.
