The PDCurses API in nuttx-apps (include/graphics/curses.h and graphics/pdcurs34) names its internal functions and data with the prefix PDC_, for example PDC_ctx() and PDC_clear_screen(). nxstyle reports each of them as a mixed case identifier, so checkpatch fails on these files when a change touches them. Add PDC_ to the prefixes that nxstyle accepts, as GL for tinygl.
