Make output was "cleaned up" and V=0 is required to reinstall the old behaviour. However V=0 is understood as the contrary to V=1, and it is not. This is very counterintuitive and unclear and unnecessary. This was not discussed on the nuttx mailing list as required to do for all apache projects I request that this behaviour is restored, then discussed, and a decision to be made.
